What we built
Team of 4. I found and vetted the MRI datasets and helped design the desktop and mobile site.
- Analyzes brain MRI images to detect and identify tumors.
- Started training with EfficientNet, hit hardware limits, and switched to YOLOv8 on a mentor's advice.
- Trained on a brain MRI dataset using transfer learning.
- Deploying the model was new to the team and part of the build.
