What we built
Team of 3. I playtested, recorded test data for debugging, supplied the hardware, and presented.
- Maps physical full-body movements, captured by a webcam, to Subway Surfers controls.
- Built in Python with OpenCV, inspired by Xbox 360 Kinect games like Kinect Sports and Kinect Adventures.
- Tuning movement sensitivity was the main technical challenge.
- Got the game working despite starting late and losing a teammate.
